TAMFL is a recreational
fastpitch league that emphasizes a balance of fun, friends, accessibility
and full participation, regardless of skill level. It is unique in Eastern Ontario.
To fulfill our mission,
we promote balanced teams, unlimited substitution, in-league player
sparing, member-umpired regular season games and include uniforms,
bats, balls and catching equipment as part of registration fees.

Players come from throughout the
National Capital Region, from Gatineau
to Orleans
to Stittsville.

All games are at Trend Arlington Field
in Nepean, Ontario, near Hunt Club and
Greenbank.

Games are played at 6:30 and 8:30 on
Monday, Wednesday and some 8:30 Thursdays, from May to September.

We skill-balance teams before each
season.
·
New and returning players can request to
be paired with another player to promote camaraderie and fellowship.
